Introduction

The third week of my Phase-II teaching practice was rich with insightful experiences that enhanced my teaching abilities and strengthened my connection with the students. I continued and completed the lesson A Tryst with Destiny, engaged learners in text-based discussion, and introduced the new story Thank You Ma’am. Each day brought opportunities to improve my instructional strategies, classroom management, and confidence. The lessons also encouraged meaningful discussions on values such as responsibility, kindness, and empathy. Overall, this week played an important role in shaping my growth as a reflective and effective teacher trainee.

Day 9 – Continuing the Lesson (17.11.2025)

I continued the lesson A Tryst with Destiny by revisiting the earlier portion to refresh students’ understanding. The class engaged actively as we discussed Nehru’s ideas of responsibility, freedom, and national progress. Students shared thoughtful examples relating the speech to current issues. This week marked a fresh beginning with new goals — to enhance my teaching methods, build stronger classroom connections, and create a joyful learning atmosphere. Day 1 – Back to 8A: New Phase, New Hopes (05.11.2025)

The first day of my second-phase teaching practice was filled with enthusiasm. Meeting my dear students again brought joy and warmth. I introduced the new unit Fabric of Togetherness and began the poem Get Together by The Youngbloods. The students participated actively in an interactive session that set a positive tone for the coming days. It was a promising start to the new phase of my teaching journey.
