Weekly Reflection – Seventh Week ( Phase - I )
Weekly Reflection – Seventh Week
"Teaching is the one profession that creates all other professions."
The seventh week of my teaching practice, held from 15th to 17th September 2025, was short but productive. During this phase, I completed teaching the autobiographical lesson “The Day My World Changed” by Malala Yousafzai. The students showed keen interest as the lesson progressed, and their reflections indicated how much they admired Malala’s courage. By the 16th, I finished the chapter, ensuring the students had a clear understanding of the text. On the 17th, I conducted various activities related to the lesson, which encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and personal expression. Though the week had fewer working days, it was meaningful and impactful.
Day 26 (15th September, 2025)
The day began with a positive learning atmosphere. I continued teaching the remaining part of “The Day My World Changed.” The students actively followed the narration and asked thoughtful questions about Malala’s struggles and bravery. Their interest highlighted the relevance of the lesson in shaping values of resilience and determination. By the end of the session, I felt that the students were connecting personally with the story’s message.
