PUPPET MAKING

The students of Fathima Memorial Training College (FMTC), Mylapore, created a remarkable puppet lady under the expert guidance of their arts teacher, Sir Aneesh. Shaped like a girl, the puppet was skillfully crafted using cardboard, chart paper, scissors, blue paint, and thread. A special highlight was its three-dimensional face, which gave the puppet a realistic and appealing look.

The design combined both creativity and practicality. Threads were cleverly fixed on both sides, enabling smooth control of the puppet’s movements. This thoughtful setup allowed the puppet to move gracefully, enhancing its overall performance.

During the presentation, the students demonstrated impressive teamwork and coordination as they animated the puppet with natural, expressive motions. The activity beautifully reflected their artistic talent, commitment, and the valuable guidance of Sir Aneesh throughout the creation process.
